What Could Be The Cause Of Severe Bloating And Bleeding? Should I Get A Pap Smear Done?

My question is pretty much the same as this: WWW.WWWW.WW
But I am almost 40, just had my pap smear 4 months ago it was clear - have 4 children, use condoms as BC & have severe bleeding problems & scheduled for an ablation at the end of the month - Out of the blue nowhere woke up & was laying in about 2 cups of water (clear) with starting to bleed (Haven't bled the rest of the day) - No odor, haven't had any other gushes, no leaking, I am feeling bloated/swollen (clothing is tighter than normal) ... concerned about this huge amount of fluid that has come out of me (not urine & I'm shocked it didn't wake me up - as my normal period wakes me up.) Why it is happening & what would be causing it. ??? ODD!!

Hello.ma'am.and welcome.

Well although you are quite sure it is fluid from your vagina, a doctor would still want to confirm the same. Such large amount of fluid is not common and tp rule it out to be urine as well, would have to be done medically. It is best you visit your doctor and request for an ultrasound of your abdomen and pelvis and a transvaginal ultrasound as well.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
