Welcome to Healthcare Magic

Tight anal canal can indicate anal fissure due to spasm. Also possibility of Haemorrhoids have to be ruled out. Are you having any abdominal pain. It could be dysentry. Get your stool tested for Amoebic infection. Eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables. Drink plenty of water.
