What Could Be The Clear White Small Spot Found In Chest X-ray In Heart?

I think I have Born with whole in my heart im 17 year boy from India nd my Parent's are speaking lie from me I don't no why! I have Many Problems I have Chest pain and I feel Mentaly and Physicaly eill nd I Can't sleep at night but in Ecg test Doctor said Me that u have no Problem in Heart But in x-ray their is Clear white Small spot is in My Chest X-ray in My Heart??! So is i have whole in my heart or not please help me??! :(

Hi !

I read carefully your query.
I think that you should do cardiac ultrasound to diagnose at a cardiologist an than to consult with him.
You should not disturb because every diagnosis may treatment with endovascular repair(surgery without blood) or open surgery from surgeon.
You should consult quickly before you to at decompensated phase.
