What Could Be The Fluid Blister On My Penis?

I had an inguinal hernia op 5 days ago and recovery is going well, however, I have just noticed a swelling, in the form a largish fluid blister, on the left top side of my penis next to the glandes. Is this anything I should worry about.? Does it need treatment?
