Hi, welcome to our site. I am Dr Saumya Mittal, MD.
Read your query. That is a very significant question and i appreciate your problem. I will try my best to answer your query
The orange drain could be the mixture of blood and pus. The query is silent about the antibiotics that may be in continuation. So I would suggest the orange fluid you are getting be collected and cultured.
If there is an infection which is developing, the need for appropriate antibiotics will be obvious, and the choice of antibiotics will be aided by the culture report.
If it is not an infection, and simply
drainage of collections like blood, there is nothing to worry about. But better to rule out infection
I hope this helps you. Inform the reports mentioned above/if any other so I can be of help further. Best of luck.
