What Could Be The Popping In The Chest Under The Right Breast That Seems Like Ligament Popping?

Hi, I need to know why my chest keeps popping. When I push slightly on the area under my right breast towards the middle a little bit a bone or ligament or something keeps popping. It doesn't hurt unless I push it a lot and it does let do it unless I push on it , and it's does it if I push on it then stand up and it does it again but without me pushing. Please explain this to me and if it could be serious. It's a very mild pain I have. Again it's under my right breast more to the center of my chest than RIGHT under my breast.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi, this could be a cartilage attached to the underlying ribs. Yet it is better to show to a Surgeon to ascertain what it is and to rule out any serious problem .
