What Could Be The Reason And Remedy Of Pain In Wrists ?
I have too much pain in both the wrists. Basically I am primary school teacher and nature of my job is that I have to write more on the black board using chalk piece. So it also adds to the pain. Kindly advise me what are precautions I have to take and also the treatment I require.
