What Could Be The Reason Behind Gastrointestinal Problems Like Spasm,loose Motion And Sore Mouth?

My mom is facing certain gestro problems from quite a long time. She always complaints of spasms and also she has to go to toilet quite often and stool is nothing but water and some undigested or partially digested items. Also she is facing problems like sore mouth concurrently and also not able to swallow the food as she feels pain around that part. Kindly guide me so as to know if she is going through something critical!!!

hi, these symptoms are seen in wide range of diseases. you may want to rule out irritable bowel. ask her to increase the fibre in her diet and see if there is any improvement.
