Hello
Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
After a tubal ligation and 2 Nova Sure ablations, chances of a pregnancy are next to zero.
As the pregnancy tests are negative, you are definitely not pregnant.
Feeling fetal movements begins after 20 weeks of pregnancy.
When you are so far gone in the pregnancy, you would definitely start showing.
So this is not pregnancy related fetal movement.
It could be bowel gas, which is moving aorund and causing such a sensation.
It could also be bowel movements, which maybe more than regular, causing such a problem.
Fluttering of the muscles of the abdomen often mimics this feeling.
Lastly there is pseudocyesis, where pregnancy is ' in the mind ' , so to speak, and makes the patient perceive fetal movements where none exist.
Please go for an abdominal cum pelvic ultrasound to know the real cause.
Take care.
