Welcome to Healthcare Magic
Do you drink a lot of alcohol. Any fever and abdominal pain. You could be having a bleeding disorder which can be due to vitamin C , liver disorders, infections, autoimmune disorders. It is best you avoid accidents as much as possible as you mentioned and consult your Doctor and get required blood tests like a blood count, haemoglobin, coagulation tests and liver function tests as well. Do not delay.
