What Could Be The Reason For Constantly Gaining Weight?

hi. i m fifteen, 175 cm, 63 kg, female. i train about two times a week, drink a lot of water but i don t eat much veggies or fruit, i eat a lot of sweets, carbs and protein. About two years ago i was fairly slim but i was training three times a week with a lot of cardio. Now it feels like i keep gaining weight, some of it is muscle but is it just that? Is it my metabolism? please help..

Hello, as u are 15 years its the period of puberty when growth spurt occurs. There will be both increase in height and weight. So ur weight gain might be due to that. But according to ur age both the height and weight seem to be more. I suggest u to consult a doctor and have a check up and if prescibed have some tests done to be sure u r healthy. Its good to eat a lot of fruits and veggies than sweets bcoz its not good for health and causes weight gain. also eating at right time is important. So just consult a doc and make sure.
