Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Possibility of Vitamin B2 deficiency needs to be considered. It could cause angular stomatitis leading n to discolouration of lips.
Nutritional supplements with Multivitamin along with local application of Vaseline Petroleum jelly may be beneficial.

Take Care

Best Regards
Dr Deepak
