What Could Be The Reason For Experiencing Fatigue?
Hi I just have a little concern about my health. I would say it's been about three weeks Iv'e been experincing a case of been fatigue, or feeling like crap, but then it goes away and comes back again. I have no other known symptoms no headaches, fever nothing. The doctors checked my thyroid and to see if I have diabetes everything is normal, Can you help me?
Hi! Welcome to HCM! Much of the time fatigue is caused by stress, lack of sleep, overexertion or minor illness such as a cold. Typically, fatigue goes away when you get rest or recover from being sick..you can get your blood checked for hemoglobin,in fact get CBC done.anemia is a common cause of fatigue.Take enough fluids and adequate sleep. hope this helps!
