What Could Be The Reason For Having A Lump On The Inner Part Of My Hand Under My Breast On My Rib?

I have kinda a lump on the inner side of my left hand sidw under my breast on my rib. xrays a month ago showed i have back up stool up to my chest. but i got cleaned out and still have a dull pain there. and acid reflux. what could this be a side of? I'm am 20 years old with no previous health problems. but its really annoy i drink no sodas now and eat healthy.

Hi...it could be a simple lipoma or a lymph node...better show to a surgeon for proper diagnosis and management...
