What Could Be The Reason For Having Abdominal Pain After A Miscarriage?

hello dr,i am 35 years old.last year april month i had miscarriage in 7 weeks. two days after i had right side abdominal pain with urine irritation starts. after i went to gynec , urology ,gastrolgy .i took urine test ,scan ,blood test, ct scan.all reports are normal . i took several times anti biotics given by all docs.but the pain is not cured. what is my problem. next what can i do.this pain is affect my daily works. i have one 7 year old child.
