What Could Be The Reason For Having Cramps In Pelvic Area, Back Pain And Pulling In Lower Abdomen?
I my period was almost ten days late. I was going on a vacation had unprotected sex two days period came two days after took primulot n it did not stop still had unprotected sex. Took primulot n 2 days within my menstrual it was ending had unprotected sex four 5 days got bleeding for a day and half 5 days after my period ended. Now I'm still getting cramps on my left pelvic area. Pulling and tensing in lower abdomen, back pains and aching in between the area of my leg and vagina.
1. Urine routine examination to document the infection along with Urine culture and antibiotic sensitivity
2. Consume plenty of oral fluids-- 2-3 liter a day
3. A course of antibiotic like Ciprofloxacin taken twice a day for 5 days will be helpful.
If the symptoms worsen, there is fever, worsening of lower abdominal pain , would suggest you to see Surgeon to get an Ultrasound abdomen to rule out ascending infection of Urinary tract
