Hi discoloration on the left side of neck can be tinea versicolor.it is a fungal infection caused by malasezzia furfur.
It presents as hypopigmented patches which are asymptomatic.more over neck and other exposed areas on the back.
It can be cured by pplication of candid tv shampoo 15 min before bath.flucanazole 150 mg weekly once for 4 weeks can cure the condition
