What Could Be The Reason For Having Dryness In The Back Of My Throat?
I do not feel sick or anything but, the back of my throat where it meets my nose feels really dry and I try to get something hot to swallow but it doesn't work. It does feel like there is phlegm there. Bit it won't move. I don't know what it is, but this usually happens when I sleep with my mouth open... Can you help me with what to do?

Thanks for query.probably the reason for that dryness and phlegm feeling is due to nasal blockage as you mentioned you are breathing through mouth.take NASA decongestant drops and drink plenty of water.hope you feel better soon .regards
hello. it is likely the feeling is due to the dryness caused by you sleeping with the mouth open. i would recommend you meet your ENT doctor, to see if you have any nasal obstruction. you can also try warm salt water gargles in the morning and plain steam inhalation at night. thanks
