What Could Be The Reason For Having Headache And Occasional Popping In My Left Nostril Which Sends Pain To My Ear?
I have just returned from Egypt to Gatwick on a horrendous journey when we landed in a storm with severe turbulence and close to crashing. A day after this I have developed a permanent headache at the base of my head and occasional popping in my left nostril which is sending shooting pains to my left ear - this is my third day of this. I have been using olbas oil at the base of my nostril and taking sudafed, should I continue with this? Or can you suggest anything else?

hello. it is likely that you have developed a sinus infection and i would recommend you meet your ENT doctor, meanwhile you can continue sudafed, add steam inhalation 4-5 times a day to this.thanks
