Hello,

Pain on jaws as well as face may be due to-spread of infection either from tooth or from tonsils or lymph nodes.

I would advice you to get a thorough clinical evaluation by a dentist as well as E N T Specialist.

Deep carious tooth has to be extracted.

Complete course of amoxycillin along with analgesics has to be administered.

If there is impacted tooth, get it extracted.

Also evaluate whether there is infection associated with tonsils or lymph nodes.

Regarding chest pain, please consult a physician.

Take care.
