Hi,
In case pregnancy is excluded, missed periods only single episode can be temporary cause like illness, physical or psychological stress, weakness. You should meet your doctor for prescribing hormonal pills for getting withdrawal bleeding. But if the episode repeats, there is need to get physically examined by a gynecologist followed by investigations to find hormonal imbalance Thyro (get blood tests for hormone estimations, USG scan to find ovarian problem). When the exact cause is found, you would be alright with specific treatment. It's also advisable to drop using Methamphetamine in any form.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
