What Could Be The Reason For Having Recurrent Dull Cramps On Both Sides Of My Torso?

Hi, since a fortnight I started to have recurrent dull cramps on both sides of the torso, at about mid height. At first it was mostly when I sat down, but I can now feel it even at times when I am standing. I am healthy apart from high LDL cholesterol at 4.4. Thanks, Andre
