What Could Be The Reason For Having Severe Nausea, Weight Loss And Fatigue?

I have had severe nausea (each episode lasts around 3 minutes) several times a day, getting stronger as time goes by. Also weight loss and slight fatigue. This has been going on for 3 months. I don't vomit but come very close. It can occur when eating, not eating, and after eating. There is no pattern. Help
