What Could Be The Reason For Intense Pain Under Middle Of Rib Cage?
I am experiencing intense pain under the middle of my rib cage and strong back pain too. This came on very fast! I had the same symptoms a month ago accompanied by vomiting and diarrhea which I thought was the stomach flu. But now it is happening again only a few weeks later and the pain under my rib cage is much, much worse.

I can understands your problem and this seems hyperacidity related one if I would be your doctor then I would treat you with the proton pump inhibitor and the best drug would be "Omeprazole" 40 mg once in day for six weeks with the "Doxycycline" 100 mg once in day for seven days this will give excellent result, take care and have nice day.
