What Could Be The Reason For Joint Pain, Chest Tightness And Dizziness ?

I am a 26 year old female with a sedimentation rate of 45, and joint pain with a high white blood cell count . I am also experiencing chest tightness, dizziness , and nausea (not pregnant). What could it be?
