Hello

Welcome in H.C.M.

I have gone through your query regarding recurrent cold and sore throat with uncontrollable cough, tiredness and nausea.

As you have told in your clinical history that you are prone to get cold very frequently and this later on followed by nausea. this clearly shows that there might be either allergic or infective pathology is going on in your respiratory system. Considering these facts a thorough clinical examination is necessary to rule out sinusitis, adenoiditis, chronic tonsillitis, pharyngitis, poor oral heygine and oral pathology and lastly chronic pulmonary pathology.

Most likely any one of above may be responsible for your disease so it will be a wise step to consult your ENT doctor for the same.

Regards.
