What Could Be The Reason For Severe Pain In Throat, Jaw, Increased Pain While Moving The Tongue?

I have pain on the rright side of my throat. My throat does not hurt, no fever and the pain gets so bad it hurts my jaw on the right side. it hurt really bad when I look to the right, not like a muscle pain but like something's getting smashed together. Nothing is making it feel better. If I move my tongue to the left it makes the pain worse.

Hello there!
Pain of that intent and severity needs an Otorhinolayngologist eye to assess the situation . Could be tonsillar involvement , could be gums/ dental involvement, could be SCM spasm, could be any thing, could be a lymph node. Needs examination and work up as deviated left tongue is not a good omen and indicates a cranial nerve involvement.
