What Could Be The Reason For Soreness In Calf After Suffering From An Avulsion Fracture Of Ankle?

I recently fell and suffered a avulsion fracture of my ankle..i was off of it about a week..ive been walking on it a couple days.yesterday im having this soreness and a lump in my calf..feels like a muscle or somethimg..im scared its a clot how can i tell the difference??

It can be difficult to tell the difference between something like a muscle tear and a deep vein thrombosis. The only sure way to know is to get an ultrasound scan of the veins in the calf.
