What Could Be The Reason For Swollen Gland On Back Of Head With Fever, Rashes, Running Nose?

Hi there,

Last night I had a swollen glad on the back of my head and had a little fever.
Tonight I got a rash in my face(and it's swollen), upper arms, back, tummy and upper legs.

I also have a fever and runny nose.
Please let me what could this be ?

I never experienced an elergy before.

Fever,rash,swollen lymph nodes and running nose suggest infection most probably viral,this does not look like allergy!You must get yourself examined and taking paracetamol for fever will help!Take care!
