What Could Be The Reason For Unique Breathing Symptoms ?
when I breathe through my nose it always feels like I m standing in a smoke filled room. I do not smoke and I ve asked others if they smell smoke but no one else does. It doesn t hurt to breathe, but feels like air is smoky and heavy when I breathe it in. I am 48 yrs old, slightly overweight (200#) and had double pneumonia Feb 2010.

Nothing to worry, come out in the fresh air and take deep breathe,
This feeling gradually will go away.
Do deep breathing exercise.
Walk in fresh air area.
