Hi,
For a few cycles after tubal ligation, it is common for some cycle disturbance to be observed-like irregular periods, scanty flow and so on. So long as there is no gross deviation, you can rest assured with a regular follow up. If the spotting persists or is intermittent, you should get the help of your gynecologist for a complete evaluation and further care. Hormonal profile and check for pregnancy may be needed. Hope your query has been answered. Please maintain adequate rest and a healthy diet. Take care.
