What Could Be The Reasons For Getting Intermittent Aching Pain From Right Hip To Heel?

My husband has developed intermittent aching pain from his right hip down to his heel. It sometimes disturbs his sleep and is often brought on my working in the yard for 2-5 hours. It is NOT burning or tingling, but aching in nature and radiates from hip to heel.

Hi,
From history it seems that your husband might be having sciatica pain.
Go for x-ray lumbo-sacral region for any degenerative changes in spines or disc.
Consult orthopedic surgeon and get examined.
Avoid heavy weight lifting.
Do back extension exercise daily.
Ok and take care.
