What Could Be The Reasons For Having Knot On Top Of Head, Headache And Dizziness?

I didn't hit my head on anything, but I have a knot on the top of my head in the middle that is the size of half of a golf ball... It's not to painful to touch but it's very sensitive and I'm wondering if that's why I've been getting slight headaches and dizzy.

Hi, thank you for posting at HCM.

Your symptoms might be related to Head Lipoma(fatty tissue tumor) with a good prognosis.
Your complaints are caused by the pressure that Lipoma causes to blood vessels.

You need a exact diagnosis so you need head direct X-ray.
If the information that the result will give you isn't sufficient, then you need a head Ct-scan.
Also a biopsy is needed, to see the nature of Lipoma cells.

You should contact a neurosurgeon.

Take Care.
Dr. Behar.
