What Could Be The Reasons For Swollen Lymph Node, Chest Pressure, Sore Neck And Recurring Headache?

I have had a swollen lymph node on the left side of my groin for 3 weeks with no pain. I now have chest pressure a sore neck and a sore throat with headaches on and off. Im am also experiencing fatigue.I have no temperature. I went to Jamaica about a month ago but I had all of the necessary shots I needed so hopefully I did not get anything from that. Could it possibly just be anxiety or could it be something serious?

Hi, thanks for using healthcare magic

Lymph nodes can become enlarged as a result of infection, inflammation or cancer.

Infection and inflammation are more common. If there is any evidence of infection in the groin or genitalia region, it would cause enlargement which can then persist for 4 to 6 weeks. You can consider monitoring to see if there is any change, it it increases or does not resolve then you need to see your doctor.

Sore throat and headache can occur with allergies , viral infections (common cold) or bacterial infections such as bacterial throat infection.

I hope this helps
