What Could Be The Reasons For Tiredness, Sleepiness And Tightness Radiating Across Chest?

I was always tired and sleepy. I decide to take vitamin B 12 and vitamin B complex because of my co-workers recommendation. I have tightness radiating across right and left upper chest. I work night shift 12 hrs. 7p7a shift. Whats going on? Also, Intermitted radiating pain back of calf and arms.

Thanks for your question on HCM. In my opinion you should consult pulmonologist and get done atleast chest x ray and PFT (Pulmonary Function Test). Bronchitis can cause tightness in chest. If you are obese than I suggest to under go sleep study. And many time night shift workers are having Shift worker Syndrome. In this due change in sleeping pattern, patient feels tiredness, weakness and excessive day time sleepiness. So consult pulmonologist and discuss these things with him.
