Dear Sir / madam
Thanks for writing to us.
A palpitation can have many reasons but associated heaviness of chest and throbbing sensation may point to valvular heart disease like aortic regurgitation or it may relate to an unusual enlargement of great blood vessel called aorta. However these are not so common causes of such presentation and it may be totally benign. Please get yourself examined by an internist and proceed accordingly.
Sincerely
Sukhvinder
