Hello dear, The symptoms as mentioned in your post can be attributed to either Viral exanthem or Rickettsial fever. Symptomatic management involves: 1. Analgesic anti-pyretic agents like Paracetamol. 2. Anti biotics like Doxycycline preparations. 3. Anti histamine preparations & Calamine lotion for symptomatic relief of patches. 4. Maintain adequate hydration & proper nutrition. If there is no relief even after 02 days, you need to get certain investigations like complete blood count, urine examination, peripheral smear for malaria, Dengue check, blood culture & Weil felix test.
