I had surgery on Wed afternoon to repair a small umbilical hernia. My anesthesiologist put an anti-nausea patch behind my ear to minimize the chance of vomiting after stomach surgery. Now I have a red rash under my arm on the same side of my body that the patch is on. It does not itch and I didn't even know it was there until I saw it in the mirror. Any ideas about whether the rash is associated with the patch? My vision is very blurry as well.
