Hi,
I am quite empathetic to your problem and after reading it thoroughly I can make out that you are suffering from "Lichen planus" of mouth.

I suggest you to meet a dermatologist who can further confirm it accordingly.

For the time being period you can apply triamcinolone buccal paste. DO nto eat any spicy or hot food as can aggravate the situation.

Eat a lot of green leafy vegetables and fruits to improve the oral hygiene.

TAke care.
