What Could Be The Safest Pain Killer For Arthritis And Back Surgery While Being Bipolar,hypertension,on Blood Thinner Along With Other Medication?

what is the safest pill to take for arthritis pain and pain from back surgery. I am bipolor , hypertention, and take Zoloft, Kalonopin, Respadone 1mg a day, blood thinner, I have 3 stents. I have a fatty liver, Lovostatin,. Blood pressure med. I am concern about my liver and Cholestrol is high. I am in constant pain.

Pain killers are not a good choice by self preciption. You should meet a pain managment anaesthiologist. As far as bipolar medication and BP and high cholesterol is concerned you should contact a psychiatrist and cardiologist respectively. Blood thinner is ok as you have stent done. Dont get panicky, medication are there for liver and cholesterol problems. Avoid talking alchohol if any. Check your suger values.
