Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears to be the deep vein thrombosis, or a cerviacal spondylosis. the other cause may be the filarial lymph node pain.
I advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis and treatment.
You may need to have an MRI of the shoulder, and neck for diagnosis .
Avoid taking potato, other tubers, tomato,
egg, chicken, and sea foods till the pain is completely relieved.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you
