What Could Be The Treatment For Straightening Of Cervical Spine And A Bulging Disc With Symptoms Like Pain And Numbness?

I was in an auto accident years ago where I was struck in the back while walking. As of September 2013, pain and numbness has been felt in my left shoulder and down my entire left side. Mostly pins and needles, numbness, tingling, and loss of sensation. MRI showed straightening of cervical spine and a bulging disc. Muscle relaxers and pain relievers do nothing for the pain and numbness. What would be the best course of treatment? Symptoms seem to come and go as they like, it feels like it's coming back strong again now. Please help.

Hi. This is a fully symptomatic disc syndrome with all attendant effects of compression. Your history guides me to for for a surgery for disc removal.
