What Could Be The White Blisters After Curing Chicken Pox?

Hi, my 2 year old daughter had chicken pox about 5 weeks ago. About two weeks ago her sleep got very bad, she seemed constantly thirsty, was running a temp about 38 degrees constantly. Doctor saw her on Monday - I took a urine sample which was fine. So assumed a bug. But the last few days she has developed a rash on either cheek of her bottom - nowhere near her bits - on the outer side of each bottom cheek, travelling up her back a little and down her legs a little bit. Looks just like chicken pox again. A few of the spots have developed a white blistery look about them and merged together. Could it be shingles?
