What Could Be The White Cheese Like Substance That Is Present Under My Skin?

I'm 15 years old and I'm in a confusing situation with my pubic area. I noticed a while ago that the white cheese like substance which normally occurs under the foreskin seems to be lower under the skin aswell. You can see like very small dots which look exactly like the white cheese substance under my skin but it seems to be not under my foreskin but the actual skin itself. I would really aprrietate any help as I am to embarraset to talk to my parents about it. I have no idea what it is but I am really worried.

Hi,

I can understand your concern for the white cheese like substance that is present under your foreskin.

Let me reassure you that it is simple collection of the secretions form the penile skin which is known as Smegma. It is a common process occurring after the commencement of the teenage where the sebaceous glands and other of the glands secrets the whitish secretion over the area.

You should simply wash the area by retracting the foreskin daily in the morning and evening so that this smegma can be removed easily.
