What Could Be Wrong Having Constipated Since Two Months Suffering With Pelvic Inflammatory Disease And Not Getting Pregnant?

Hey my name is raven i have the nexplanon implant i have been to the hospital twice and both times they said i was constipated and had a pelvic inflammatory disease i got that cleared but im still consipated the doctor at the hospitle gave me a pregnancy test and it was negative what could be wrong with me i have been constipated for almost two months no weight gain or signs of pregnancy

Hello ma'am and welcome.

The causes for youe contipation could be various but as of now we could put forward the nexplanon (causing a hormonal imbalance resulting in the constipation) or the unsettled PID, either of which could be the cause. But we should also target the treatment of constipation before finding the cause, change in diet, lifestyle, bowel habits, and the introduction of medication should all be done.
