And i was advised to take a chest x-ray . and found an impression on my left lung as lt.basalpneumonitis .
For the past 2 days I'm getting giddiness and vomit all the food I had .
Thanks for your question on Health Care Magic. I can understand your concern. SLE (systemic Lupus erythematosis) is an autoimmune disease. Immunosuppressive drugs are given as treatment. And hence patient with SLE is immunocompromised and prone for lung infection. So possibility of pneumonia is more in your your case. Pneumonia is considered as severe form of infection. It can lead to blood borne infection (sepsis). And sepsis can cause vomiting, lethargy, weakness, hypotension, Giddiness etc. So prompt treatment of pneumonia is needed in your case. You need intravenous fluids, antibiotics and other supportive drugs. So better admit in hospital and start appropriate treatment. Hope I have solved your query. Wish you good health. Thanks.
