Im 40 years old and i had an incidental finding of 10 to 15 rbc in my urine. My BUN and Creatinine is normal, the ultrasound of my kidneys, ureter and bladder is normal,my urine cytology is normal, I dont have UTI and I am asymptomatic.Should I be worried? Can this be just congenital?
10 to 15 rbc in urine routine is commonly present. measurement differs with individual labs. high level of rbc in urine indicates kidney infection, injury, stone ,prostate enlargement etc. as you are asymptomatic and other investigations are normal.so no need to worried. it seems to be functional response.
