Hi, You are giving history of recurrent nose bleeding so do not ignore the condition as it may occur due to underlying etiology. Many conditions can cause nose bleeding like nose pricking, acute respiratory tract infection, chronic sinusitis, low relative humidity in inspired air, anatomical deformity like septal spur, tumours like nasopharyngeal angiofibroma or carcinoma, otic barotrauma , nasal cannula and systemic disease like hypertension. Consult an ENT specialist for the situation who will examine the local area and prescribe some test like x-ray and CT-scan of nose and also some blood tests. some steps you should follow to stop bleeding like 1.sit down and pinch the soft part of nose firmly. 2. Lean forward but upright to prevent inhalation of blood. 3.Apply an ice pack on the nose.
