Hi! I have a small rash-type thing on my earlobe. They are small purplish-red dots that have an area of no rash/petechiae in the middle. The size of the area without the rash is the circle on a pen cap. DO you have any idea of what this could be? It looks like the petechiae I have looked up online, just very small scale and only on my earlobe...and I don t have my ears pierced or wear clip on earrings. Thank you!
You are correct in assuming that it is a petichae and this is very common on the ear following mild trauma , please dont worry , as this will resolve on its own, please dont rub or scratch the area/
