What Could Cause Bleeding Of The Bowel,constipation ,diarrhea And Vomiting?

hi have bleeding from the bowel, started with constipation, then had diarrhea and vomiting, was unable to eat for 12 hours as i just threw up again, but have passed bloody liiquid a few times in the next 12 hours since without their being any fibre in it, the blood smells rotten and is purple, there is no pain as such apart from occasional low level shots of pain in the bowel area, i have been able to keep food down for this period of 12 hours but am a little concerned about this blood i am 43 , smoke 2 - 3 cigarettes a day, no alcohol and drink about 3 - 4 cups of coffee per day

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe it appears to be the food poisoning, due to infected foods, and followed by the oozing of blood.
The other causes may be the rupture of the internal piles, when there is infection.
I advise you to consult a gastro enterologist for diagnosis and treatment and to avoid the hemorrhoids.
Avoid taking spices, junk foods, and oily foods.
